Instructions
  1. Place pancake ingredients in the blender in the following order: Almond milk, egg, vanilla extract, bananas, oats, cinnamon, baking powder, sea salt
  2. Blend until smooth. About one minute.
  3. Let batter sit for a couple of minutes to thicken.
  4. Warm frying pan on stove until evenly heated. Add ghee, and then pour enough batter for three pancakes to fit comfortably on the pan.
  5. Wait for edges to harden and bubbles to begin appearing in the center of the pancakes. Then flip.
  6. Cook for an additional minute or two, occasionally checking for doneness.
  7. Transfer to a plate, add topics and enjoy!
